Many high-tech manufacturers include bundled and installation software with their products, which from time to time becomes either outdated or obsolete. Due to licensing agreements and product liability, this type of material needs to be recycled and rendered useless. Fox Electronics provides the service of software de-kitting and destruction for the purpose of ensuring that this product does not end up being re-introduced back into the marketplace or end up entering the waste stream in whole form. We separate the plastics, shrink wrap, cardboard, floppy disks and/or CDs, and manuals from the software packages; and then direct these materials into the proper recycling streams. Fox Electronics provides the service of software de-kitting and destruction on a charge-only basis is billed by the pound.
