Fox Electronics has the capability to repair, test and remarket a broad range of peripherals that are either rejected as defective or removed from computer equipment received into our facility. We repair and resell printers, monitors, hard disk drives, floppy drives, power supplies, tape backup systems and many other items. Through our testing process, we can certify as ETN (Equivalent to New) a product that has been rejected in a manufacturer’s production line or scrapped due to obsolescence. After certifying the product, we remarket it and share the revenues with the customer. Peripherals that are resold are entered into our database and show up as line items on the Retainment Report, which is part of the Settlement Report. We return approximately 60% to 70% of the revenues generated from the sale of these products to our customer.
