or on an individual basis. Our services consist of the following:

At Fox Electronics’ De-Manufacturing facilities we process, for
the purpose of recycling, all electronic material that is not
considered hazardous waste. This includes finished goods,
capital equipment, end-of-life product, product returns,
manufacturing rejects, inferior product, obsolete product,
integrated circuits from printed circuit boards, computer
peripherals, software, cable, all ferrous and non-ferrous metal
bearing scrap, precious metal bearing scrap, cable, plastic and
all accompanying packaging material such as cardboard,
styrofoam, bubble pack, anti-static bags and empty packaging
for integrated circuits. Even the pallets used to ship the
product are recycled.

In our Re-Marketing division, we process for the intent of resale:
excess inventories consisting of integrated circuits, capacitors,
resistors, re-marketable IC’s in finished product printed circuit
boards, inductors, connectors, software and computer
peripherals just to name a few. . . .

By utilizing state-of-the-art equipment coupled with a highly
efficient production line disassembly process, Fox Electronics’
personnel are able to dismantle, tear-down, recycle, and render
unusable, a manufactured good within a matter of minutes.

For each and every lot of material that is processed at Fox
Electronics, a Settlement Report is generated for the customer.
This report is a reconciliation of all processes that are performed
on the lot, while it is in our facilities, regardless of the size of the lot
or type of material. Our customers need this information for
reporting requirements to senior level management within their
own organizations. The Settlement Report gives basic information
regarding each lot received.

Accompanying the settlement report is the Retainment Report. The
Retainment Report is a detailed, itemized list of all commodities
processed out of each lot for resale. Fox Electronics provides a
Retainment Report for the purpose of giving the customer needed
information as to what exactly was processed out of each lot for
resale. The Retainment Report breaks out the part numbers,
quantity, and current market price paid for each commodity listed.
Retainment Report Information Details

Fox Electronics generates a Certificate of Destruction for each lot
processed in our facilities. This is done regardless of the size of the
shipment or type of material included in said shipment. Many
companies require this Certificate as proof that material received by
us for "Certified Destruction" is in fact destroyed and not
remarketed. We provide a Certificate for each lot processed in our
facility, even if it is not required by our customer. This Certificate is
your guarantee that all material not remarketed through our sales
department, is recycled by environmentally sound methods and
EPA standards. Furthermore, it is also your guarantee that the
confidential designs and information you have entrusted to us have
been completely destroyed and will never resurface, period. The
accounting method used for the Certificate of Destruction is based
on the weight of the material received and destroyed.
