Fox Electronics tracks the incoming
and outgoing weights of each lot received into our facility for accountability.
If your company shipped in 12,000 pounds of material for certified destruction
or recycling, you want to make sure that 12,000 pounds were indeed received
into our facility. The weights are verified during the receiving process,
that way if there is a discrepancy, we can notify you immediately. We
track lots in our facility throughout the process by either your reference
number or by the receipt number issued by our staff upon arrival of your
shipment.
All pertinent information is documented
on the Settlement Report, so if you have any questions, our staff can
quickly provide the information you require. The length of processing
time varies, based on the size of the lot and the amount of material queued
into our facility for processing, but we guarantee the lot will be completed
within 45 days from the date received.
